Getting Help

If you ever find yourself stuck, and you're not finding an answer in our Help resources, you can always message us right in the app—mobile or web!

When you see Start a Live Chat, we're available to help via chat right now. Otherwise, send us a message and we'll get back to you within 24 hours—but we're usually much faster! You can also send us an email using the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page. 

Mobile

  • Tap Help in the bottom toolbar.
  • Tap Support in the top menu.
  • Tap Get Support and then choose to Send a Message or view/continue your Previous Conversations

The help button is in the bottom right of the screen. the support button is in the top right. there are options to Message Us, Start a Live Chat, or view Previous Conversations.


Web

  • Click the question mark near the bottom right of your budget.
  • Select Send a Message or view/continue your Previous Conversations

The question mark icon is in the bottom right corner of the screen.

No matter where you're budgeting, we're here for you! 

(Though if the question is " What's for dinner?" well...we don't know either 🤣)
