If you ever find yourself stuck, and you're not finding an answer in our Help resources, you can always message us—straight from the app—mobile or web.

When you see Start a Live Chat, we're available to help via chat right now. Otherwise, just send us a message. We'll get back to you within 24 hours—but we're usually much faster!

Mobile

  • Tap Help in the bottom toolbar.
  • Tap Support in the top menu.
  • Tap Get Support and then choose to Send a Message or view/continue your Previous Conversations

Web

  • Click the question mark near the bottom right of your budget.
  • Select Send a Message or view/continue your Previous Conversations

Click the question mark in the bottom right to send us a message
