Clear the White Dot on a Loan Account
Does your Loan account have a white dot next to it and you can’t figure out where to clear it?
This happens when there is a scheduled transaction for the Loan account and the date arrives for that transaction, because scheduled transactions must be approved. The white dot indicates that a scheduled transaction has been added to the Loan account, but hasn’t been approved yet.
How to Clear the White Dot
To approve transactions in the Loan account on the web app, you’ll open the All Accounts register and click on the blue banner at the top of the page. Approve the transactions in the affected Loan account, and the white dot will disappear.
